Patty Tracy is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with more than 30 years of HR Generalist management experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience ranges from managing difficult office closures due to government cutbacks through to assisting municipal governments build their HR program from the ground up.

 

Possessing a high degree of business and HR acumen, Patty has earned a reputation for stepping into the most challenging of circumstances and getting the job done quickly and correctly the first time.

Caroline Grewcutt, MA

With over ten years in the Human Resources field in both Canada and Scotland, Caroline has a proven track record as an HR Generalist. Caroline gained her Certified Human Resources Professional Designation (CHRP) in 2008. Highly organized with a strong work ethic, Caroline believes strongly in people potential and consistently delivers a personal, dedicated and professional approach, building positive working relationships with individuals and companies to provide realistic and sustainable HR solutions.

The Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations' National Code of Ethics identifies and outlines the standards of behaviour relating to fairness, justice, truthfulness, and social responsibility. As HR Practitioners we abide by those requirements as listed below:

Adhere to any statutory acts, regulation or by-laws which relate to the field of human resources management, as well as all civil and criminal laws, regulations and statutes that apply in one’s jurisdiction.Not knowingly or otherwise engage in or condone any activity or attempt to circumvent the clear intention of the law.
